摘要
目的在妊娠期糖尿病患者接受治疗过程中辅助给予针对性护理的效果展开研究。方法将2019年1—12月作为该次研究时段,对照组46例实施常规妇产科护理干预措施,而研究组46例展开针对性的护理措施,以血糖水平和自我管理能力水平以及妊娠结局、围产儿并发症发生率评价护理效果,记录护理满意度。结果研究组患者血糖水平和自我管理能力水平均显著优于对照组,研究组护理满意有42例,明显高于对照组33例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组早产率和围产儿并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),阴道分娩率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在妊娠期糖尿病患者接受治疗的过程中实施针对性护理干预可以逐步降低血糖水平恢复至正常且不断地提升患者自身的管理能力和满意度,而且早产率相对较低,围产儿并发症发生率也较低,妊娠结局较好,效果显著,有利于构建和谐的护患关系且对妇产科护理工作起到指导作用。
Objective To study the effect of assisting targeted care during the treatment of gestational diabetes patients.Methods From January to December 2019 as the study period,46 patients in the control group implemented routine obstetrics and gynecology nursing intervention measures,while 46 patients in the study group carried out targeted nursing measures,including blood glucose level,self-management ability level and pregnancy outcome,perinatal complication rate to evaluate nursing effect,record care satistaction.Results The blood glucose level and self-management ability of patients in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group.There were 42 patients in the study group who were satisfied with their nursing care,which was significantly higher than that of 33 patients in the control group.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The preterm birth rate and perinatal complications rate in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in the vaginal delivery rate(P>0.05).Conclusion The implementation of targeted nursing intervention during the treatment of gestational diabetes patients can gradually reduce the blood glucose level to normal and continuously improve the patient's own management ability and satisfaction,and the preterm birth rate is relatively low,and the incidence of perinatal complications was also lower,the pregnancy outcome was better,and the effect was significant,which was conducive to building a harmonious nurse-patient relationship and played a guiding role in obstetrics and gynecology nursing work.
