摘要
目的探讨阿托伐他汀辅助前列地尔治疗方案在糖尿病合并脑梗死患者中的疗效与应用。方法择选该院神经内科2018年6月—2019年6月收治的80例2型糖尿病合并脑梗塞患者为研究对象,均分为研究组(阿托伐他汀辅助前列地尔治疗)和对照组(阿托伐他汀治疗),每组40例实施对比研究。治疗后,分别就两组患者的神经功能损伤程度、炎症指标和不良反应发生情况实施对比。结果治疗后,研究组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组有效率明显高于对照组,研究组患者降低水平低于对照组,差异统计学有意义即(P<0.05);两组患者血清C反应蛋白水平、白介素6水平和肿瘤坏死因子α水平对比结果,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在治疗过程中,均无明显不良反应表现。结论糖尿病合并脑梗死患者接受阿托伐他汀辅助前列地尔治疗方案,可有效改善患者各项症状和炎症指标,提高患者治疗有效率,且安全性良好,具有较高临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and application of atorvastatin-assisted alprostadil treatment in patients with diabetes and cerebral infarction.Methods 80 patients with type 2 diabetes and cerebral infarction who were admitted to the Department of Neurology in the hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into study group(atorvastatin-assisted alprostadil treatment)and control group(atorvastatin treatment),40 cases in each group were subjected to comparative study.After treatment,the two groups of patients were compared with the degree of neurological damage,inflammatory indicators and adverse reactions.Results After treatment,the fasting blood glucose and blood glucose 2 h after meal of the study group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the reduction level of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the comparison results of serum C-reactive protein levels,interleukin-6 levels and tumor necrosis factor alpha levels between the two groups of patients were statistically different(P<0.05);during the treatment of the two groups of patients,there were no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion The treatment of atorvastatin-assisted alprostadil treatment for diabetic patients with cerebral infarction can effectively improve the symptoms and inflammatory indicators of the patients,improve the treatment efficiency of the patients,and has good safety,which has high clinical application value.
