对颅脑损伤伴有糖尿病患者行早期营养护理的临床价值研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨早期营养护理在颅脑损伤伴糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法从2018年5月—2019年6月在该院治疗的颅脑损伤伴糖尿病患者中选取70例,根据护理方法分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组患者给予常规临床护理,观察组在此基础上给予早期营养护理干预。比较两组患者机体营养状况、血糖水平及不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者干预后的血清白蛋白、血清总蛋白水平,均显著高于对照组;而血红蛋白显著低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的血糖水平显著低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的恶心呕吐、腹泻、消化道出血等不良反应发生率(5.71%),显著低于对照组(17.14%),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期营养护理干预能够显著改善颅脑损伤伴糖尿病患者的机体营养状况,同时能够显著降低患者的不良反应发生率,且利于患者获得更好的血糖控制效果,具有较高的临床应用价值。 Objective To explore the effect of early nutritional care in patients with craniocerebral injury and diabetes.Methods From May 2018 to June 2019,70 patients with craniocerebral injury and diabetes mellitus treated in the hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the nursing method,with 35 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given Canggu clinical care,and the observation group was given early nutritional care intervention on this basis.The nutritional status,blood glucose level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of serum albumin and total serum protein of the observation group after intervention were significantly higher than those of the control group,while hemoglobin was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the blood glucose level of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea,vomiting,diarrhea,gastrointestinal bleeding in the observation group(5.71%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(17.14%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early nutritional nursing intervention can significantly improve the nutritional status of patients with craniocerebral injury and diabetes,and at the same time can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients,and help patients to obtain better blood glucose control effects.It has high clinical application value.
