摘要
目的研究个性化营养护理运用在肢体骨折合并糖尿病中对改善血糖控制效果的意义。方法该次研究的观察对象为2018年8月—2019年11月就诊于该院的94例肢体骨折合并糖尿病患者,使用随机数字表法设置对照组(47例,予以常规护理)、实验组(47例,予以个性化营养护理),比较两组的血糖指标、恢复情况、并发症发生率。结果①护理前,两组血糖指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,实验组餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖均低于对照组(P<0.05);②实验组骨关节活动度评分高于对照组,且住院时间少于对照组(P<0.05);③经护理干预,实验组并发症发生率为2.13%,低于对照组12.77%(χ2=7.162,P<0.05)。结论给予肢体骨折合并糖尿病患者个性化营养护理,可改善血糖控制效果,减少并发症,促进骨折恢复。
Objective To study the significance of personalized nutritional nursing in improving the effect of blood glucose control in limb fractures complicated with diabetes.Methods The observation objects of this study were 94 patients with limb fractures and diabetes who were treated in the hospital from August 2018 to November 2019.The random number table method was used to set up the control group(47 cases receiving routine care)and the experimental group(47 cases received personalized nutritional care),the blood glucose indicators,recovery status,and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results 1.Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose between the two groups(P>0.05);After nursing,the blood glucose and fasting blood glucose of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group at 2 h after meal(P<0.05);2.Bone and joint activity degree score in the experimental group was higher than the control group,and the hospital stay was less than the control group(P<0.05);3.After nursing intervention,the complication rate of the experimental group was 2.13%,which was lower than the control group 12.77%(χ2=7.162,P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized nutritional care for patients with limb fractures and diabetes can improve blood glucose control,reduce complications,and promote fracture recovery.
