摘要
目的加味肾气丸方治疗肾虚血瘀型少弱精子症。方法该次研究针对该院2018年8月—2019年3月收治的男性肾虚血瘀型少弱精子症患者78例,将其按照随机分组法分为对照组和实验组2组,对照组进行常规化的药物治疗,实验组进行加味肾气丸方治疗,观察经过2个月,患者的精子活动力变化、就诊满意度、治疗有效率等。结果实验组和对照组分别在初次发病年龄、就诊年龄、入院就诊时间、配偶是否有怀孕史、疾病分析、基本信息方面都差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经过治疗后,患者精子密度(×106/mL)、精子活动力(%):a级精子(%)、a+b级精子(%)都有较大变化。表示经过治疗后,患者的就诊效果好,且对比患者就诊满意度,实验组十分满意12例(30.77%),基本满意26例(66.67%)、不满意1例(2.56%)、综合满意率38例(97.44%),对照组十分满意4例(10.26%)、基本满意26例(66.67%)、不满意9例(23.08%)、综合满意率30例(76.92%),两组数据差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.341,P=0.007<0.05)。结论采用加味肾气丸方治疗肾虚血瘀型少弱精子症能够提升患者就诊满意度,改善其精子活力。
Objective Modified Shenqi Pill Recipe to treat oligospermia of kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Methods This study focused on 78 male patients with oligoasthenospermia of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type admitted to the hospital from August 2018 to March 2019.They were randomly divided into two groups:a control group and an experimental group.The control group was conducted routine drug treatment,the experimental group was treated with Jiawei Shenqi Pills.After 2 months,the patients'sperm motility changes,medical satisfaction,and treatment efficiency were observed.Results There were no statistically differences between the experimental group and the control group in terms of age of first onset,age of visit,time of admission to hospital,whether the spouse had a pregnancy history,disease analysis,and basic information(P>0.05).After treatment,the patient's sperm density(×106/mL),sperm motility(%):a-grade sperm(%),a+b-grade sperm(%)had great changes.It means that after treatment,the patient's medical treatment effect was good,and compared with the patient's medical satisfaction,the experimental group was very satisfied with 12 cases(30.77%),basically satisfied with 26 cases(66.67%),dissatisfied with 1 case(2.56%),comprehensive satisfaction rate 38 cases(97.44%),the control group was very satisfied with 4 cases(10.26%),basically satisfied with 26 cases(66.67%),dissatisfied with 9 cases(23.08%),comprehensive satisfaction rate of 30 cases(76.92%),the difference between the two groups of data was statistically significant(χ^2=7.341,P=0.007<0.05).Conclusion In summary,the use of Jiawei Shenqi Pills to treat oligoasthenospermia of kidney deficiency and blood stasis can improve patient satisfaction and improve sperm motility.
