摘要
目的分析2016—2018年福州地区初次单采血小板献血者招募情况,为今后有针对性的招募工作提供参考。方法收集2016—2018年本中心单采献血者的招募资料,分析各种招募方式的构成情况、成功率、未成功捐献的原因。结果 2016—2018年初次单采血小板捐献人数同比增长12%、12.6%,初次捐献人数占总采集人数比例分别为24.4%、26.4%、29.7%,呈上升趋势;不同招募方式的构成比较,单采献血点现场动员(56.6%)>街头全血献血点招募(35.3%)>捐献全血3个月后招募(5.1%)>同伴招募(2.0%)>高校宣传(1.1%),P<0.05;成功率依次为单采献血点现场动员(87.6%)>高校宣传(48.8%)>街头全血献血点招募(44.7%)>捐献全血3个月后招募(32.0%),P<0.05;在初次捐献单采血小板人群中,男性人数高于女性(男性62.6%,女性37.4%),18—24岁献血者比例最高(36%),只献过1—2次全血的献血者更易动员成单采献血者;未成功捐献的原因主要为献血前健康检查不合格(27.3%)、工作忙没时间(23%)、对献血小板有顾虑(16%)。结论不同招募方式的成功率存在差异,需不断改进招募工作,以提高招募成功率,建立稳定、不断动态更新的单采献血者队伍,确保临床用血及无偿献血事业可持续发展。
Objective To analyze the status of first-time plateletpheresis donor recruitment during a three-year period(from 2016 to 2018)in Fuzhou area,so as to determine the most effective ways to recruit and provide references for targeted recruitment in the future.Methods The relevant information of plateletpheresis donors from 2016 to 2018 in our center was collected,and the ways and success/failure rate involved in donor recruitment were analyzed.Results From 2016 to 2018,there were 12%and 16%increase in first-time plateletpheresis donors compared with last year.And first-time donors accounted for 24.4%,26.4%and 29.7%,respectively,of the total donors during the 3 years,showing an upward trend.The apheresis donors were recruited in different ways:motivation at plateletpheresis site(56.6%)>motivation at whole blood(WB)donation street-site(35.3%)>motivation after donating WB 3 months prior(5.1%)>peer recruiter(2.0%)>college publicity(1.1%)(P<0.05).The donors were successfully recruited through motivation at plateletpheresis site(87.6%),college publicity(48.8%),motivation at WB donation street-site(44.7%),and motivation after donating WB 3 months prior(32.0%)(P<0.05).More male participants than females(62.6%vs 37.4%)were observed,and donors at 18—24 ages(36%)were the dominant.Novice donors(one to two donations)were more willing to join apheresis donation.Failure in physical exam(27.3%),too busy to donate(23%)and misperception about apheresis donation(16%)were the major obstacles to the donation practice.Conclusion Since the behavior of plateletpheresis donors are influenced by recruitment strategies,more efforts will be needed to expand the approaches of plateletpheresis motivation so as to establish a stable and active apheresis donor pool aimed at the sustainable development of blood industry.
