摘要
目的探讨介入再通术联合臭氧气、液灌注治疗输卵管通而不畅的应用价值。方法选取经子宫输卵管造影诊断的57例输卵管通而不畅患者,其中55例再通成功,输卵管通畅后经导管向输卵管腔内低压缓慢注入浓度为40μg/ml的医用臭氧5 ml及浓度为4.5μg/ml的臭氧液20 ml。术后随访8个月,观察受孕情况。结果57例输卵管通而不畅,介入再通术联合臭氧气、液灌注治疗后再通55例,成功率96.5%,2例失败。术后随访8个月:宫内妊娠29例,占介入再通术联合臭氧气、液灌注治疗术的52.7%。结论介入再通术联合臭氧气、液灌注治疗输卵管通而不畅,患者宫内妊娠率显著提高,疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluat the recanalization combined with ozone and ozone water injection in treating partially obstructed fallopian tubes.Methods 57 patients with hysterosal-pingography-proved partially obstructed fallopian tubes were enrolled in this study.After the interventional recanalization was successfully finished,5 ml of 40μg/ml ozone and 20 ml of 4.5μg/ml ozone solution were injected through the catheter into each fallopian tubes.All patients were followed up for 8 months,and the pregnancy rate within 8 months was estimated.Results Of the 57 cases with partial obstructed fallopian tubes,recanalization on the whole was obtained in 55(96.5%),and 2 cases failed.During the follow-up period of 8 months,29 cases had uterine pregnancy,acounting for 52.7%of the success rates of this operation.Conclusion The clinical effect of interventional recanalization combined with ozone and ozone water injection in the treatment of partially obstructed fallopian tubes is significant,which can effectively improve the intrauterine pregnancy rate,and it is worth popularizing.
