摘要
目的对输液流程优化优质护理服务在门诊输液室应用的效果进行观察。方法方便选取2018年1月—2019年1月期间72例门诊输液患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各36例。对照组实施常规护理服务,观察组实施输液流程优化优质护理服务,对比两组护理效果。结果在输液风险发生率方面,观察组为2.78%,低于对照组的27.78%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.215,P<0.05);护理前两组输液环境、服务态度、护理管理、护理水平、仪容仪表及健康教育等护理质量指标评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后两组各指标评分较护理前均升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理满意度对比,观察组为97.23%,高于对照组的72.22%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.453,P<0.05)。结论将输液流程优化优质护理服务用于门诊输液室中,可有效减少输液风险的发生,同时可使护理质量得到提升,患者对护理服务满意度较高。
Objective To observe the effect of optimizing the infusion process of high-quality nursing services in the outpatient infusion room.Methods A total of 72 outpatient infusion patients from January 2018 to January 2019 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing services,and the observation group implemented infusion process-based high-quality nursing services.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results In terms of the incidence of infusion risk,the observation group was 2.78%,which was lower than 27.78%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(χ2=10.215,P<0.05);the infusion environment,service attitude,nursing management,the scores of nursing quality indicators such as nursing level,appearance and health education had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of each index in the two groups were higher than those before nursing(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with nursing satisfaction,the observation group was 97.23%,which was higher than the control group’s 72.22%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.453,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of infusion process optimization and high-quality nursing services in the outpatient infusion room can effectively reduce the occurrence of infusion risks,and at the same time can improve the quality of care,and patients are more satisfied with the nursing service.
