工程教育下的射频放大电路设计性实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了改善目前高校射频有源电路设计性实验的匮乏,实验教学效果不佳的现状,结合我国工程教育的核心理念,以射频放大电路为例,设计了一款通用的射频有源电路实验教学开发板,包括偏置电路、稳定电路、匹配电路和调试电路四个操作区域。分区块的实验教学模式,不仅有利于学生加深对射频有源电路理论的理解,而且也方便教师对实验过程给出有效的评价,对教学效果持续改进也起到积极作用。此外,采用设计—仿真—制作—调试—再设计的闭环实验过程,教学方法更加注重过程教育,有效提高了学生解决复杂工程问题的能力以及获得感,培养了学生的工程素养。 In order to improve the current situation that the design experiment of RF active circuit is scarce and the effect of experiment teaching is not good,combining with the core idea of engineering education in our country and taking the RF amplifier circuit as an example,a general RF active circuit experiment teaching development board has been designed,which includes four partitions:bias circuit,stable circuit,matching circuit and debugging circuit.Through partition-based experimental teaching,it is not only helpful for students to deepen their understanding of the experimental content,but also convenient for teachers to give an effective evaluation of the experimental process.It plays a positive role in the continuous improvement of teaching effect.In addition,using the closed-loop experimental process of design-simulation-production-debugging-redesign and paying more attention to process education,effectively improve students’ability to solve complex engineering problems and cultivate students engineering literacy.
