摘要
通过激光光源、偏振片、光敏电阻和电压传感器搭建了旋光溶液浓度测量系统;利用光敏电阻两端电压变化来测量待测旋光溶液浓度。研究了线偏振光经过不同浓度旋光溶液后振动面偏转程度及其通过检偏器后透射光光强变化对光敏电阻的阻值影响,得到系统测量经验公式。通过该系统测量了光敏电阻两端电压随溶液浓度增加的变化情况,所得测量结果和经验公式相吻合,最大测量百分误差为4.8%。通过实验证明,利用经验公式,该系统能够方便、快速地测量旋光性溶液浓度。
The system was built with laser,photosensitive resistance and voltage sensor to measure the concentration of optical rotatory solution.The deflection degree of linearly polarized light over the liquid and the influence of the light intensity on the voltage of the photosensitive resistance was studied.Based on these,empirical formula for measurement between concentration and voltage was obtained.The concentrations of solution were measured by this system and the results are fitting to the empirical formula well,the maximum percent error is 4.8%.These messages show that this measurement system can be used to measure the concentration of optical rotary solution conveniently and accurately.
