摘要
科技开发项目管理是科技开发项目顺利完成的基本保障,对企业竞争力提升具有重要影响。文章在总结科技开发项目管理流程及特征的基础上,结合工作实际分析了当前中韩(武汉)石油化工有限公司科技开发项目管理中存在的问题,从人员管理、流程管理、信息化管理、知识管理四个方面提出几点思考和建议。
Science and technology development project management is the basic guarantee for the successful completion of science and technology development projects,which has an important impact on the promotion of enterprise competitiveness.Based on the summary of the management process and characteristics of science and technology development projects,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of science and technology development projects of Sinopec-SK(Wuhan)Petrochemical Company Limtied in combination with the actual work,and puts forward some thoughts and suggestions from four aspects of personnel management,process management,information management and knowledge management.
