摘要
目的探究与分析反思性教学对肿瘤学放化疗教育中的应用效果。方法随机采取自2016年7月—2019年7月在医院接受教育的肿瘤科医学生120名,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各60名,对照组给予常规教学模式,观察组给予反思性教学模式,对比两组带教老师对教学能力的自评情况及医学生对带教方法的满意度。结果观察组与对照组相比带教老师自评临床实践教学基本素质、临床实践教学技能和内容、临床实践教学风格和方法、临床实践教学态度评分均升高,医学生对带教方法的满意度较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将反思性教学应用于肿瘤学放化疗教育工作中能够明显的提高带教老师的教学能力,提高医学生的临床效果评分及满意度。
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of reflective teaching on radiotherapy and chemotherapy education in oncology.Methods A randomization of 120 medical students in the oncology department who were educated in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2019 were randomly selected.They were divided into a control group and an observation group by a random number table,with 60 students in each group.The control group was given routine Teaching mode,the observation group gave a reflective teaching mode to compare the self-evaluation of teaching ability by the two groups of teaching teachers and the satisfaction of medical students with teaching methods.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group’s self-evaluation of the basic quality of clinical practice teaching,clinical practice teaching skills and content,clinical practice teaching style and methods,and clinical practice teaching attitude scores increased in the observation group compared with the control group.Medical students are more satisfied with the teaching method,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying reflective teaching to oncology radiotherapy and chemotherapy education can significantly improve the Teaching ability and satisfaction of medical students.
