摘要
目的:统计分析手术药房麻醉药品的使用情况,为麻醉药品合理使用提供参考。方法:采用Microsoft Excel 2020软件对我院手术药房2018-2019年麻醉药品用量、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)等进行统计分析。结果:我院麻醉药品用量逐年上升,舒芬太尼、瑞芬太尼、芬太尼连续两年用药频度排名前三,羟考酮限定日费用最大,其次为氢吗啡酮,大部分麻醉药品药物利用指数(DUI)接近1,临床使用基本合理。总体序号比(B/A)≥1,药物使用经济性良好。结论:我院手术药房麻醉药品使用情况基本合理,对麻醉药品应用评价可以优化麻醉药品的使用及管理,保障患者用药安全、有效、经济,改善药学服务质量。
Objective:Statistics and analysis have been made on the use of narcotics in operation pharmacy of our hospital from 2018 to 2019,so as to provide reference for rational use of narcotics.Methods:Microsoft Excel 2020 software was used to analyze the dosage,defined daily dose system(DDDs)and defined daily cost(DDC)of narcotics,etc.Results:During 2018 to 2019,the consumption of narcotics in our hospital increased year by year,among which,sufentanil,remifentanil and fentanyl ranked the top three in the defined daily dose system for two consecutive years,meanwhile,oxycodone had the largest defined daily cost,followed by hydromorphone.Most of narcotic drugs utilization index(DUI)was close to 1,and the clinical use was basically reasonable.Otherwise,the overall sequence number ratio(B/A)is greater than or equal to 1,and the use of narcotics is relatively economical.Conclusion:The use of narcotics in operation pharmacy of our hospital is basically reasonable.The application evaluation of narcotic drugs can optimize their use and management,ensure the safety,effectiveness and economy of drug use,and improve the quality of pharmaceutical care.
