摘要
该文介绍了一种弹簧气瓶充气方法,该方法是针对某型弹簧气瓶设计的,在充分考虑了弹簧气瓶的结构特性,尽可能利用现有生产资源的前提下,设计了新工艺装备,设置了新工艺路线,选择了新工艺方法,最终实现了弹簧气瓶安全、可靠、高效的充气。
This article introduces a spring gas cylinder inflation method,which is designed for a certain type of spring gas cylinder and then fully considers the structural characteristics of the spring gas cylinder.Under the premise of using existing production resources as much as possible,a new design is designed process equipment,set up a new process route,choose a new process route,choose a new process method,and finally realize the safe,reliable and efficient inflation of the spring gas cylinder.
