摘要 对广东石油化工学院的电信专业人才培养体系“持续改进”过程和实践进行了探究。首先,阐述“持续改进”的内涵和基本要求,并对“培养目标”“毕业要求”“教学活动”持续改进的内在联系及其基本模式进行分析。在深入把握电信行业发展趋势和办学实际的基础上,探究该校电信专业人才培养体系持续改进的措施和成效及其不足,为深化高水平理工科大学电信专业改革和创新应用型人才培养提供有益的参考。 The“continuous improvement”process and practice of electronic information engineering’s talent training system of Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology was explored.At first,it expounds the connotation and basic requirements of the"continuous improvement"concept of engineering education certification,and analyzes the internal connection and basic mode of continuous improvement of"cultivation goal","graduation requirement"and"teaching activity".Then,on the basis of the development trend of the telecom industry and the actuality of the school,the measures for the continuous improvement of electronic information engineering’s personnel training system in the three aspects of“training objectives”,“graduation requirements”and“teaching activities”were discussed.The results and its shortcomings provide a useful reference for deepening the reform of telecommunications majors in high level university of science and engineering,and the cultivation of innovative and applied talents.
