摘要
目的观察阴阳共调汤干预绝经后骨质疏松症模型小鼠的作用。方法将60只雌性小鼠随机分为6组,分别为假手术组,模型组,对照组(予以补佳乐溶液),阴阳共调汤组,金匮肾气丸汤剂组,六味地黄汤组。手术造模30 d后给药,除假手术组、模型组灌服蒸馏水,其余4组均按照相应剂量灌胃药物。连续灌胃90 d后,分别检测小鼠术后各阶段体质量、骨强度值、子宫重量,观察股骨与胫骨的骨小梁、干骺端。结果实验结果显示,骨生物力学测定:对照组与模型组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P> 0.05);对照组与阴阳共调汤组比较,差异无统计学意义;比较HE染色切片图像,对照组与阴阳共调汤组无明显差异。结论阴阳共调汤可能通过共补阴阳的方式提高骨强度的强度值,并且对骨小梁与干骺端有一定作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Yin-yang Gongtiao decoction on postmenopausal osteoporosis mice. Methods 60 female mice were randomly divided into 6 groups: sham operation group, model group and control group(supplemented with Bujiale solution),Yin-yang Gongtiao decoction group, Jingui Shenqi pill decoction group and Liuwei Dihuang decoction group were given 30 days after operation, except the sham operation group and the model group, the other four groups were given the corresponding dose of drugs by gavage. After continuous gavage for 90 days, the body weight, bone strength and body weight of mice were measured at each stage after operation, and the trabeculae and metaphysis of femur and tibia were observed. Results Bone biomechanics: the dif ference between the control group and the model group was statistically significant(P>0.05);There was no significant dif ference between the control group and the Yin-yang Gongtang decoction group;Compared with the HE stained section image, there was no significant difference between the control group and the Yin-yang Gongtang group. Conclusion Yin-yang Gongtiao decoction may increase the strength of bone strength by reinforcing yin and yang, and has certain effect on trabeculae and metaphysis.
