摘要
目的探讨滋肾宁更汤联合戊酸雌二醇对围绝经期综合征患者血清内分泌激素及降钙素(CT)指标的影响。方法选择2017年9月—2019年9月围绝经期综合征患者90例,随机分为对照组和观察组各45例。对照组给予戊酸雌二醇治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合应用滋肾宁更汤治疗,1个月治疗后对患者效果进行评估,比较2组血清内分泌激素及CT的指标、生活质量和围绝经期综合征症状评分。结果观察组治疗后1个月卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)水平低于对照组,雌二醇(E2)以及降钙素(CT)水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血管舒缩、心理症状、生理症状、性生活症状评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后1个月失眠、抑郁和骨关节肌肉痛、潮热汗出、夜间盗汗和生殖泌尿系统感染及性交痛,各评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论滋肾宁更汤联合戊酸雌二醇对围绝经期综合征患者效果明显,可降低FSH和LH的水平,升高血清E2和CT的水平,能够提高患者的生活质量,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effects of Zishen Ninggeng decoction and estradiol on FSH,LH,E2 and CT in patients with perimenopausal syndrome.Methods 90 patients with perimenopausal syndrome from September 2017 to September 2019 were randomly divided into the control group of 45 cases and the observation group of 45 cases.The control group was treated with estradiol valerate,the observation group was treated with Zishen Ninggeng decoction on the basis of the control group.The effect of the patients was evaluated after one month’s treatment.Results One month after treatment in the observation group,the levels of luteinizing hormone and luteinizing hormone were lower than those of the control group,estradiol and calcitonin were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of vasomotor,psychological,physiological and sexual symptoms of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zishen Ninggeng decoction combined with estradiol penterate has obvious effect on patients with perimenopausal syndrome,decreased the levels of FSH and LH,increased serum E2 and the level of CT,can improve the quality of life of patients,and it is worth popularizing.
