摘要
目的探讨中医穴位贴法预防普外科术后胃肠道并发症及护理干预效果评价。方法选择2019年1月—2019年11月院在普外科就诊的腹部手术患者120例,按照实际护理方案将其分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组术后给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施中医穴位贴法及护理干预措施,护理1个月后对患者效果进行评估,比较2组护理效果、术后腹胀改善情况及满意度。结果观察组护理后肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排便时间、肛门排气时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后腹胀情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医穴位贴法在预防普外科术后胃肠道并发症中应用,能够有效缩短患者的肛门排便时间和排气时间以及肠鸣音恢复时间,缓解腹胀情况、增加食欲,提高患者满意度和生活质量,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the prevention of gastrointestinal complications after general surgery and the evaluation of nursing intervention.Methods 120 patients with abdominal surgery in general surgery were selected from January 2019 to November 2019.According to the actual nursing plan,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing after operation,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine acupoint paste method and nursing intervention measures on the basis of the control group.The effect of the patients after one month of nursing,and compared the nursing effect of the two groups,the improvement of postoperative abdominal distension and satisfaction was evaluated.Results The recovery time of bowel sounds,defecation time of anus and exhaust time of anus in the observation group after nursing were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The abdominal distension after operation in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction rate after nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of acupoint paste in the prevention of gastrointestinal complications after general surgery can effectively shorten the time of anal defecation and exhaust and the time of recovery of bowel sounds,relieve abdominal distension,increase appetite,and improve patient satisfaction and quality of life,which is worth popularizing and applying.
