摘要
浙白术作为一种浙产道地药材,具有利水燥湿、益胃健脾、安胎止汗等功效。长久以来在中医治疗中一直占据着重要地位,因此本文简要叙述浙白术的历史沿革、采集炮制、品鉴方式、药理作用及应用等方面,并提出当下存在的一些问题,为浙白术在中医临床中的合理应用提供借鉴。
As a genuine medicinal herb produced in Zhejiang, Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz. has the functions of promoting water and drying dampness, benefiting stomach and strengthening spleen, and relieving sweat. For a long time, it has occupied an important position in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore, this paper briefly describes the historical evolution, collection and processing, identification methods, pharmacological effects and applications of Zhejiang Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz., and puts forward some existing problems, so as to provide a reference for the rational application of Zhejiang Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz. in the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine.
