摘要
目前肺癌是全球癌症发病率及病死率的首位,其中非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)是肺癌中最常见的组织学类型,占85%以上。肺癌已成为我国因癌症死亡患者的第一杀手,严重威胁人民群众的生命健康。随着分子生物学的发展,基因突变的检测及相应靶向药物的应用使得NSCLC的治疗水平得到极大提高。如今,靶向基因的检测已是各大医院的常规检测项目。本文对NSCLC的主要驱动基因及其检测方法研究进展做一综述。
Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer incidence rate and mortality worldwide.Non small cell lung cancer is the most common histological type of lung cancer,accounting for over 85%.Lung cancer has become the first killer of cancer patients in China,which seriously threatens people’s life and health.With the technique development of molecular biology,the detection of gene mutation and the application of targeted drugs have greatly improved the treatment level of NSCLC.Nowadays,the detection of targeted genes has been a routine test item in major hospitals.In this paper,the main driving genes and detection methods of NSCLC are reviewed.
