摘要
随着城市交通系统规模的不断扩大以及计算机网络技术的快速发展,在信息化和智能化时代对货运车辆的信息和运行状态进行实时管理和监测已变得越来越重要。为加强货运车辆的源头管理、规范货运车辆驾驶人员的驾驶行为、提升货运车辆通行效率,济南交警联合百度打造全新的货车导航备案系统,面向当地或非当地的货车司机实现导航和行驶路径一键备案双功能。系统导航功能可准确引导货车司机在规定时段内避开交通管制路段,保证货车出行更加智能、畅通、安全。"一键备案"功能可以对货车司机当前的行驶路径实施备案,货运导航备案系统可为交警部门在货运通行监管方面提供有效支撑。
With the continuous expansion of urban traffic system scale and the rapid development of computer network technology,it is becoming more and more important to monitor the real-time management of freight vehicles information and the status of the freight vehicles in the age of informationization and intelligence.In order to strengthen the source management of freight vehicles,standardize the driving behavior of freight vehicle drivers,and improve the traffic efficiency of freight vehicles.Jinan traffic police has created a new freight vehicles navigation and registration system together with Baidu,which can realize the dual functions of navigation and one-button registration for local or non-local freight vehicle drivers.The navigation function of the system can accurately guide the drivers to avoid the restricted routes within the specified period of time,so as to ensure the intelligent,smooth and safe travel of freight vehicles.The one-click record function can record the current driving path of the freight vehicles.The navigation and registration system for freight vehicles can provide effective support for the traffic police department to supervise the freight traffic.
