维生素A棕榈酸酯眼用凝胶联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液对白内障超声乳化术后干眼症的临床疗效观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的:观察维生素A棕榈酸酯眼用凝胶联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液对白内障超声乳化术(phacoemulsification,PHACO)后干眼症的临床疗效。方法:选取60例(60眼)PHACO术后干眼症患者,随机分成对照组和观察组各30例(30眼),对照组给予玻璃酸钠滴眼液滴眼,观察组在此基础上给予维生素A棕榈酸酯眼用凝胶。治疗3个月后,观察两组治疗前后干眼症检测指标、临床症状积分、临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗后各检测指标明显优于对照组(P<0.01),且临床症状积分减低更加显著(P<0.01)。观察组临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:维生素A棕榈酸酯眼用凝胶联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液对PHACO术后干眼症的临床疗效显著,安全性较好。 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of vitamin A palmitate eye gel combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops on phacoemulsification(PHACO).Methods:Sixty patients(60 eyes)with xerophthalmia after PHACO were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 30 eyes each.After 3 months of treatment,the index of dry eye test,clinical symptom score,clinical effect and adverse reactions were observed.Results:After treatment,those indexes and the clinical efficacy were significantly better and the decrease of clinical symptom score was more significant in the observation group than the control group(P<0.01).There were no significant differences in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Vitamin A palmitate eye gel combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops is effective and safe in the treatment of xerophthalmia after PHACO.
