摘要
立足研究生高层次人才培养教育实践,对导学关系存有的问题进行实证分析。研究生理想的导学关系类型是良师益友型,但现实与之有差距。研究发现学生对导师安排的学业外事务的处理、学生与导师之间的不平等关系等因素会降低导学关系满意度。提出构建理想的导学关系向度:把握导学关系的本质和核心是"教育关系",从教育关系主体、关系客体、关系媒介三个维度构建师生关系模型。提出机制建设是保障和谐美好的导学关系的基础:强化师生培训机制、完善师生权益保障机制、建立良性互动的教育反馈机制。
Based on the training and education practice of high-level talents,problems associated with tutorpostgraduate student relationship were identified and empirically analyzed.For graduate students,the ideal tutorpostgraduate student relationship is that tutors are good teachers and helpful friends of their students.However,there is a gap in reality.It is observed that there are many reasons for reduction of the tutor-postgraduate student relationship satisfaction such as teachers’attitude towards the non-academic affairs,unequal relationship between tutors and students,etc.This paper puts forward the idea of constructing an ideal tutor-postgraduate student relationship:grasp the essence and core of the tutor-postgraduate student relationship-"education relationship",constructs and promotes teacher-student relationship model from the three dimensions:the subject of education relationship,the object of education relationship and the relationship media.It is proposed that systematical construction is the basis for guaranteeing a harmonious and good tutor-postgraduate student relationship:strengthening the training of responsibilities,rights and interests of teachers and students,improving the welfare system of the rights and interests of teachers and students,establishing a good interactive education feedback system.
