摘要
本研究旨在热应激条件下评估日粮中添加不同水平的蛋氨酸铬对肉鸡免疫反应的影响。试验采用完全随机化设计,将288只体重接近的雄性肉鸡随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复18只鸡。4组肉鸡分别在基础日粮中以蛋氨酸铬的形式添加0、0.2、0.4和0.8 mg/kg铬,试验分为1~21 d和22~42 d两阶段进行。结果:与对照组相比,0.8 mg/kg铬组肉鸡在21和42 d新城疫抗体滴度分别显著提高43.98%和46.10%(P<0.05),同时21 d肉鸡传染性支气管炎抗体滴度显著提高35.76%(P<0.05)。对照组肉鸡在21 d血浆皮质醇浓度较其他组分别显著提高15.90%、20.85%和24.45%(P<0.05),同时在42 d时,血浆皮质醇浓度较0.4和0.8 mg/kg铬组显著提高13.02%和18.68%(P<0.05)。0.4和0.8 mg/kg铬组21 d淋巴细胞数量较对照组显著提高8.87%和12.37%(P<0.05),但嗜异细胞与淋巴细胞比值显著降低22.73%和25.76%(P<0.05)。0.8 mg/kg铬组42 d嗜异细胞数量及嗜异细胞与淋巴细胞比值最低(P<0.05),而淋巴细胞数量最高(P<0.05)。结论:本试验条件下,在日粮中以蛋氨酸铬的形式添加0.8 mg/kg的铬可以改善热应激条件下肉鸡的免疫反应。
The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of dietary chromium methionine at different levels on the immune response of broilers under heat stress.The experiment adopted a completely randomized design,and 288 male broilers of similar weight were randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates for each group and 18 chickens for each replicate.In the 4 groups of broilers,0,0.2,0.4 and 0.8 mg/kg chromium were added to the basic diet in the form of chromium methionine,respectively.The experiment was divided into two stages:1~21 d and 22~42 d.Results:compared with the control group,the Newcastle disease antibody titers of chickens in the 0.8mg/kg chromium group increased by 43.98%and 46.10%on day 21 and day 42 respectively(P<0.05),while the infectious bronchitis antibody titers of chickens on day 21 significantly increased by 35.76%(P<0.05).The serum cortisol concentration of broiler chickens in the control group increased by 15.90%,20.85%and 24.45%on day 21 compared with other groups(P<0.05),while the plasma cortisol concentration increased by 13.02%and 18.68%on day 42 compared with that in the 0.4 and 0.8 mg/kg chromium groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the number of lymphocytes in the 0.4mg and 0.8mg/kg chromium group was significantly increased by 8.87%and 12.37%(P<0.05),but the ratio of allotropic cells to lymphocytes was significantly decreased by 22.73%and 25.76%(P<0.05).The number of eosinophilic cells and the ratio of eosinophilic cells to lymphocytes were the lowest in the 0.8mg/kg chromium group on 42 days(P<0.05),while the number of lymphocytes was the highes(t P<0.05).In summary,adding 0.8 mg/kg chromium methionine to the diet can improve the immune response of broilers under heat stress.
