摘要
文章主要介绍了单扭杆驾驶室翻转系统工作原理和结构,文章以某轻型卡车为例,设计一款单扭杆驾驶室翻转系统,包括方案设计、结构配接、扭杆计算和校核并通过有限元分析分析翻转支座强度,最后,此翻转系统通过台架耐久和整车路试耐久测试,满足设计要求。
The article mainly introduces the working principle and structure of the single torsion bar cab turning system. The article takes a light truck as an example to design a single torsion bar cab turning system, including scheme design, structural matching, torsion bar calculation and verification. The strength of the overturning support is analyzed through finite element analysis. Finally, the overturning system passed the endurance test of the bench and the road test of the vehicle to meet the design requirements.
