摘要
针对建筑物底板孔洞后封堵过程中,因底板防水不连续、新旧混凝土结合不紧密造成的底板渗漏问题,通过对现有传统做法缺陷进行分析,参照屋面女儿墙防水节点、底板后浇带防水节点、地基处理等技术措施,提出一种新型底板孔洞后封堵防水节点施工技术,该技术施工简便、造价较低,能够形成封闭的防水层,并对易渗漏部位进行加强,是一种比较理想的封堵方案。
In view of the floor leakage problem caused by the discontinuous waterproof of the bottom plate and the loose combination of the old and new concrete in the process of blocking the holes in the bottom plate of buildings,this paper analyzes the defects of the existing traditional methods,and puts forward a new construction technology of blocking the waterproof joints after the holes in the bottom slab by referring to the waterproof joints of the parapet wall. This technology is easy to construct and low in cost. It can form a closed waterproof layer and strengthen the parts easy to leak. It is an ideal plugging scheme.
