摘要
家庭是每个个体价值观形成以及个体完成社会化进程的重要起点,也是社会发展和基层社会治理的逻辑起点。作为社会最基本的细胞组织,家庭既是基层社会治理的重要主体,又是主要治理对象;既是基层社会治理的手段,又是目的。基层社会治理的功能与家庭功能相融相嵌。家教是基层社会治理能够依托的重要教化途径,家风是基层社会治理能够依托的精神力量。妇联组织在实践中积极探索通过开展家庭家教家风工作参与基层社会治理的路径与方法,尤其在2020年防控新冠肺炎疫情中,开创性地探索出许多好经验好做法,为日后更高水平、更高质量地参与基层社会治理积累了宝贵的实践经验,也为创新基层社会治理新格局提供了新的视角。
Family is an important starting point for each individual to develop with personal values and complete socialization process.It is also a starting point logically for social development and primary social governance.As the most basic cell organization of a society,family is not only the main agent but also the main object in primary social governance.In addition,family is the tool and goal of social governance at the grassroots level.The functions of primary social governance and family functions are integrated and embedded.In practice,the women's federations have actively incorporated the promotion of family education and traditions and successfully explored a set of positive experience and methods amid the prevention and control of the COVID-19 pandemic this year.They have accumulated valuable and practical experience for their future participation in primary social governance at a higher and professional level,and also provided a new perspective for making innovations in the new pattern of social governance at the primary level.
