摘要
介绍甲醇中五氯硝基苯溶液标准物质的研制方法。以五氯硝基苯农药纯度标准物质为原料,采用重量–容量法制备溶液标准物质,以液相色谱法(DAD检测器)对所制备的标准物质进行均匀性和稳定性检验,并对该标准物质定值结果的不确定度进行评定。结果表明,该标准物质均匀性良好,在12个月内量值没有显著性变化,具有良好的稳定性,标准值为0.100 mg/mL,扩展不确定度为1.8%(k=2)。该标准物质可用于食品和环境样品中五氯硝基苯分析方法的确认与评价。
The preparation method of pentachloronitrobenzene solution reference material in methanol was introduced.Pentachloronitrobenzene pesticide purity reference material was used as raw material to prepare the solution reference material by weight volume method.The homogeneity and stability of the reference material were tested by liquid chromatography(DAD detector),and the uncertainty of the determination result of the reference material was evaluated.The results showed that the reference material had good uniformity,no significant change in the quantity value within 12 months,and good stability.The standard value was 0.100 mg/mL,and the expanded uncertainty was 1.8%(k=2).The reference material can be used to confirm and evaluate the analytical method of pentachloronitrobenzene in food and environmental samples.
