摘要 掘进技术作为煤矿井下巷道掘进作业的核心,直接关系到巷道掘进效率、安全和巷道成型质量。针对目前煤矿井下巷道掘进效率低、成型质量差,无法满足日益增长的煤矿综采作业效率需求的现状,提出了一种新的井下快速掘进技术方案,其采用了快速临时支护设备、钢网架自动拖网机构及智能掘进设备,能够有效地提升煤矿井下巷道掘进效率,根据实际应用表明采用新的快速掘进技术后,能够将煤矿井下的巷道掘进效率提升17.4%以上,具有极大的应用和推广价值。 Tunneling technology,as the core of coal mine roadway excavation operation,is directly related to the efficiency of roadway excavation,safety and roadway forming quality.Aiming at the current situation of low efficiency and poor molding quality of underground roadway in coal mine,which can not meet the increasing demand of coal mine comprehensive mining efficiency,a new underground rapid tunneling technology scheme is proposed,which adopts fast temporary support equipment,steel grid automatic trawl mechanism and intelligent tunneling equipment,and can effectively improve the efficiency of underground roadway excavation in coal mine.The application shows that the new rapid tunneling technology can increase the tunneling efficiency by more than 17.4%,which has great application and promotion value.
