摘要
目的探讨童趣性健康教育对学龄期手足口病(HFMD)患儿治疗依从行为及康复效果的影响。方法选择2018年5月至2019年4月我院住院治疗学龄期HFMD患儿92例,按照随机数字表法分为干预组48例和对照组44例。对照组给予常规口头健康教育,干预组联合应用童趣性健康教育。比较两组患儿治疗依从性、临床症状改善时间、临床疗效等指标。结果干预组患儿合理饮食、适宜运动、遵医用药、健康行为等依从性高于对照组(P<0.05);退热时间、皮疹疱疹消失时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);有效率95.83%高于对照组81.82%(χ^2=4.654,P<0.05)。结论童趣性健康教育能够增强学龄期HFMD患儿治疗依从行为,有助于改善其临床症状、提高治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of children's interesting health education on treatment compliance and rehabilitation of school-age children with hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD).Methods Ninety-two school-age children with HFMD from May 2018 to April 2019 were divided into the intervention group(n=48)and the control group(n=44).The control group was given routine oral health education and the intervention group was given children's interesting health education.Then,treatment compliance,clinical symptom improvement time and clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results The compliance such as reasonable diet,suitable exercise,medicine and healthy behavior in the intervention group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Fever time,rash and herpes disappearance time,and hospitalization time in the intervention group were shorter than the those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate in the intervention group was 95.83%that was higher than 81.82%in the control group(χ^2=4.654,P<0.05).Conclusion Children's interesting health education can enhance the treatment compliance of school-age children with HFMD.It improves the clinical symptoms and then,improves the treatment effect.
