康柏西普联合周边视网膜选择性光凝治疗视网膜静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿的疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察分析康柏西普联合周边视网膜选择性光凝治疗视网膜静脉阻塞(RVO)继发黄斑水肿的疗效。方法我院122例RVO继发黄斑水肿患者,其中58例行康柏西普玻璃体腔注射治疗(对照组),64例行康柏西普玻璃体腔注射+周边视网膜选择性光凝治疗(联合组)。记录两组中央型、分支型患者治疗前及治疗后1、3月最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度(CMT)变化情况,并比较两组首次注射后3月内康柏西普重复注射情况及并发症发生情况。结果两组中央型、分支型患者治疗前后BCVA、CMT比较,均为治疗前>治疗后1月>治疗后3月(P<0.05),但两组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。首次注射后的3月内,联合组康柏西普重复注射次数明显少于对照组,且并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康柏西普玻璃体腔注射+周边视网膜选择性光凝治疗对中央型、分支型RVO均有效,且能减少康柏西普重复注射次数,降低相关并发症发生风险,减轻患者经济负担。 Objective To observe and analyze the efficacy of Conbercept combined with peripheral retinal selective photocoagulation in the treatment of macular edema secondary to retinal vein occlusion(RVO).Methods The clinical data of 122 patients with macular edema secondary to RVO in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,58 patients received intravitreal injection of Conbercept(control group),and 64 patients received intravitreal injection of Conbercept+peripheral retinal selective photocoagulation(combined group).The changes of best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)and central macular thickness(CMT)before treatment and after 1 month and 3 months of treatment were recorded in patients with central type or branching type in both groups.The repeated injections of Conbercept and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups after 3 months of the first injection.Results The comparison of BCVA and CMT between the central type and branching type patients of both groups before and after treatment showed that before treatment>after 1 month of treatment>after 3 months of treatment(P<0.05)but there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).Within 3 months after the first injection,the number of repeated Conbercept injections in the combined group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the total incidence rate of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravitreal injection of Conbercept+peripheral retinal selective photocoagulation is effective for central and branching type RVO.It can reduce the number of repeated injections of Conbercept,lower the risk of related complications,and relieve the economic burden of the patients.
