摘要
非中心城市在我国城市总体中属于主要构成部分,但对其空间发展的研究在我国城市空间研究中却较少涉及。文章基于城市空间发展的基本规律,借助归纳和对比分析的研究方法,对非中心城市发展的现状问题进行概述,对开封市历史地图进行纵向分析,总结其行政区划调整、产业布局调整、中远期城市空间发展规划以及规划思想。在此基础上提出非中心城市区位择优律的应用原则,从而为非中心城市的发展提供借鉴经验。
The non-central city is the main component of the urban population in China,but the research on its spatial development is rarely involved in the papers of urban space in China.Based on the basic rule of urban space development,taken the methods of induction and comparative study,this paper summarized the current situation of non-center cities'development.Furthermore,this paper analysises the administrative division adjustment,the industrial layout,long-term urban spatial development planning,guiding ideology and the planning of the development model.This paper puts forward principles for the application of the law of location selecting for non-central cities so as to provide experience for the development of non-central cities.
