摘要 研究了圆筒型和方箱型导热油炉结构特点及循环供热系统,分析了圆筒型熔盐炉结构形式及熔盐主要性能参数,讨论了道生炉圆筒型盘管结构组成及道生的物性参数,探讨了中压中温热水炉结构及密闭循环系统中的自然循环过程,总结了热载体加热炉节能减排的主要措施是:烟气余热回收利用、增加炉体保温措施减少热量损失、增强炉体密封措施减少漏风损失、采用高效燃烧技术与节能装置、调整优化空气/燃料的燃烧比例。 The article studies structure features and circulation heating system of cylinder and square box type heat conducting oil furnace and analyzes structure of cylinder type molten salt furnace and main performance parameters of molten salt and discusses coil structure of dowtherm furnace cylinder type and dowtherm physical parameters and structure of medium pressure medium temperature hot water boiler and natural circulation process in closed circulation system,which summarizes energy saving and emission reduction main measures of heat carrier heating furnace:waste heat recovery and utilization of flue gas,increasing heat preservation measures to reduce heat loss,strengthening furnace sealing measures to reduce air leakage loss,adopting high efficiency combustion technology and energy saving device and adjustment and optimization of air/fuel combustion ratio.
