失代偿期乙型病毒性肝炎肝硬化患者个体化蛋白质-热量饮食方案的研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:分析个体化热量、蛋白质饮食干预对乙肝肝硬化失代偿期患者营养状况及并发症的影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院2018年1月-2019年12月收治的乙肝肝硬化失代偿期患者300例,应用数字表随机法分成两组,对照组(n=150)实施常规治疗,观察组(n=150)在常规治疗基础上,加用个体化热量、蛋白质饮食干预,比较两组患者营养状况及并发症情况。结果:观察组患者治疗后血浆前白蛋白、血浆白蛋白、血红蛋白水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率4.00%,对照组并发症发生率17.33%,观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个体化热量、蛋白质饮食干预对乙肝肝硬化失代偿期患者营养状况及并发症具有正面影响,是一种优秀的干预方法。 Objective:To analyze the effect of individualized calorie and protein diet on the nutritional status and complications of patients with decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis.Method:A total of 300 patients with decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group (n=150) received routine treatment.The observation group (n=150) combined with individualized calorie and protein diet intervention on the basis of routine treatment,compared the nutritional status and complications of the two groups.Result:The levels of prealbumin,albumin and hemoglobin in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.00%,and that in the control group was 17.33%.The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized caloric and protein diet intervention has a positive effect on the nutritional status and complications of patients with decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis,which is an excellent intervention method.
