探讨门冬胰岛素联合生物合成人胰岛素治疗妊娠期糖尿病的临床价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析门冬胰岛素联合生物合成人胰岛素在妊娠期糖尿病治疗中的应用效果。方法选取深圳市蛇口前海自贸区医院2018年5月至2019年5月收治的84例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组42例。对照组采取单一门冬胰岛素治疗,观察组实施门冬胰岛素联合生物合成人胰岛素治疗,对两组治疗效果进行对比。结果空腹血糖(FPG)和餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)方面,观察组与对照组患者治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);低血糖总发生率方面,观察组(4.76%)比对照组(19.05%)低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血糖达标时间、日胰岛素用量方面,观察组均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病临床治疗过程中,联合门冬胰岛素与生物合成人胰岛素,不仅可以合理控制血糖,减少日胰岛素用量,而且有助于低血糖发生率降低,值得临床采纳与推广。 Objective To analyze the effect of insulin aspart combined with biosynthetic human insulin in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 84 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to Shenzhen Shekou Qianhai Free Trade Zone Hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with single insulin aspart,while the observation group was treated with insulin aspart combined with synthetic human insulin.Results In the aspect of fasting blood glucose(FPG)and 2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group(4.76%)was lower than that in the control group(19.05%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the time of blood glucose reaching the standard and the daily insulin dosage in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus,the combination of insulin aspart and biosynthetic human insulin can not only reasonably control blood glucose,reduce daily insulin consumption,but also reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia,which is worthy of clinical adoption and promotion.
