摘要
为提高12.7 mm高精狙的射击精度,从枪管结构优化入手,建立弹丸和枪管的有限元分析模型,利用集合优化软件ISIGHT集成三维建模软件Solidworks和有限元分析软件ABAQUS,以弹丸速度矢量为目标函数,基于多岛遗传算法,选取了枪管的膛线条数、膛线深度、膛线导程和阴阳线宽度比这4个对弹丸起始扰动较大的参数,进行高效多目标优化,得到了优化后的枪管结构参数并对优化前后进行对比分析,结果表明:优化后,弹丸在膛内运动时摆动幅度大幅减小,出膛口时刻攻角偏差减少1.1°,章动角减少0.2°,弹丸初速增加27.3 m/s,有利于提高稳定性,达到了枪管结构参数优化的目的,节约了计算时间。
In order to improve the shooting accuracy of a 12.7 mm high precision sniper,the finite element analysis model of the bullet and the barrel was established based on the structural optimization of the barrel.The three-dimensional modeling software solidworks and the finite element analysis software ABAQUS were integrated by the set optimization software ISIGHT.The rifling number,rifling depth,rifling lead were compared with these four parameters,the width of the yin-yang line has a great influence on the initial disturbance of the projectile.The optimized structural parameters of the barrel were obtained and the simulation results were compared before and after the optimization.The comparison results show that after the optimization,the swing amplitude of the projectile decreases greatly,the deviation of attack angle at the time of exit decreases by 1.1°,the nutation angle decreases by 0.2%,and the initial velocity of the projectile increases by 27.3 m/s.The stability is greatly improved,the aim of optimizing the structural parameters of the barrel is achieved,and the calculation time is saved.
