摘要
通过文献资料、网络调研等方法,对“新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎”疫情期间武术社会组织参与社会治理的状况进行研究,并提出新时代武术社会组织参与社会治理的发展策略。研究认为:新冠疫情期间,武术社会组织参与社会治理的行为主要包括线上宣传政策与疫情防护知识、传播武术文化,线下参与防疫公益活动3方面,其功效体现在有助于落实科学防疫、调节公民身心健康、协助疫情防控,其最终目的为促进实现疫情期间的公民自治。新时代,应从提升武术社会组织参与社会治理的能力建设、探索“互联网+”时代武术文化的传播与培育路径、以乡村武术社会组织的发展助力乡村振兴战略等方面,加强武术社会组织参与社会治理的能力。
COVID-19 epidemic was investigated through literature and network research.The development strategy of wushu social organizations participating in social governance was also put forward.The results show that during the period of epidemic,the behavior of wushu social organizations participating in social governance mainly includes three aspects,online propaganda policy and epidemic prevention knowledge,spreading martial arts culture,and offline participation in public welfare activities.Its effectiveness is reflected in helping to implement scientific epidemic prevention,regulating the physical and mental health of the public,and assisting in epidemic prevention and control.Its ultimate purpose is to promote the realization of civil autonomy during the epidemic period.In the new era,it should enhance the ability of wushu social organizations to participate in social governance,explore the path of propagation and cultivation of wushu culture in the era of"Internet+",and enhance the ability of Wushu social organizations to participate in social governance by developing rural wushu social organizations and promoting rural revitalization strategy.
