摘要
采用室温电化学充氢方法对航天器用TC4钛合金式样充氢,通过对充氢式样进行XRD分析,探究了不同氢含量对钛合金结构的影响,分析了不同氢含量的合金组织结构变化及分布情况。采用慢应变速率拉伸、200 h持久加载及逐级加载等力学实验,对不同氢含量的TC4合金的氢脆敏感性进行了表征,发现逐级加载不仅能提供氢脆敏感性的定性结论,同时给出不同氢含量合金试样的承载载荷定量数据。
The titanium alloy samples with different designed hydrogen content were prepared by electrochemical method.The samples with different H contents were examined by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and the changes including structure and distribution were analyzed.Including low-speed tension,200 h-loading and incremental step loading methods were applied for the sensitivity of hydrogen embrittlement of TC4 alloys.Beside of qualitative conclusion on hydrogen embrittlement can be correctly provide,the threshold of loading could be preciously offered using incremental step loading method for hydrogen embrittlement.
