摘要
现可见的4部元人散曲选本《阳春白雪》《乐府新声》《乐府群玉》《太平乐府》,不仅真实地反映了元人对当朝散曲文学发展的认知,也为后代认识散曲文体和元散曲史提供了重要参考。元代的散曲选家们具有明确的史学意识,他们不仅在大的文学发展谱系中定位了散曲文体的位置,更在特定的盛衰之时期用选本形式完成了对本朝散曲文学发展阶段的梳理。在编纂体例上,选家们明辨曲体,通过清晰的作品分类,书写了他们对元代清唱的北曲乐府体系的认知。选家们又以他们认可的作家作品为典范,建构出一系列名家阵容,总体上呈现了元代散曲文坛创作的基本格局。
the four available anthologies of sanqu of the Yuan Dynasty,namely,Yangchuanbaixue(White Snow in Sunny Spring),Yuefuxinsheng(Some New Songs of Yuefu)Yuefuqunyu(highlights of Yuefu)and Taipingyuefu(Yuefu Composed in Time of Peace),not only shows the development of Yuanqu as a literary genre in the Yuan Dynasty,but also provide important information for studies of the history and literary features of this genre by people of later generations.The editors of these anthologies obviously have a keen sense of history.They not only appraise the value of Yuanqu as a literary genre in the history of literature in general,but also spells out the different stages of development of this genre at a time when the dynasty was declining.In compiling the anthologies,the editors identified the variations of Yuanqu in form,and made a clear classification of such variations.Their effort bespeaks their salient knowledge of the Yuefu songs popular in northern China that were sung without accompaniment of instruments.Using what they believed to be the best pieces as paradigms,they selected a group of Yuanqu writers that excelled.Their selection is a true picture of the overall situation of the composition of Yuanqu in their time.
