摘要
为了清楚认识渤海湾油套同压气井油套管腐蚀状况并提供适宜的防腐策略,调研了五口典型的油套同压气井的运行工况,开展了腐蚀介质检测,对腐蚀速率影响因素进行了分析,并结合实际工况用外推法给出了油套管腐蚀速率。分析结果显示:五口井的油套管中,未采用防腐钢材的,腐蚀速率在2.56 mm/a^3.44 mm/a;采用防腐钢材的,腐蚀速率在0.175 mm/a以内。
To clearly understand of the corrosion of tubing and casing of the gas wells,in Bohai Bay,which have the same pressure in tubing and casing,and to provide appropriate strategies,the operation condition of 5 typical gas wells was investigated,the detection of corrosive media was given,the influence factors of corrosion rate was analyzed,the corrosion rate of tubing and casing was given by extrapolation method combining actual condition.The analysis result showed,in the tubing and casing of 5 wells,the corrosion rates was 2.56 mm/a^3.44 mm/a in those anticorrosive steel was not being used and in contrast that was below 0.175 mm/a in those anticorrosive steel was used.
