含肉桂酸酯侧基的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的合成及性能 被引量:2

Synthesis and Properties of Poly(methyl methacrylate)with Pendant Cinnamate Moieties

摘要 以甲基丙烯酸-β-肉桂酰氧基乙酯(CEMA)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为单体,通过自由基溶液共聚制备了含肉桂酸酯侧基的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物(PMC),并采用紫外光谱(UV)、红外光谱(IR)和核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)对其结构进行了表征,采用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)测定了共聚物的分子量及其分布。研究了聚合条件对共聚物合成过程的影响,结果表明,聚合时间越长和CEMA单体投料比越高,聚合物的分子量越大并且分布越宽。通过热重分析研究了共聚物的热稳定性,采用示差扫描量热测定了共聚物的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)。共聚物的光交联性能研究表明,在紫外光照射下共聚物中侧链肉桂酸酯基迅速反生[2+2]环加成反应,共聚物在溶液中的光交联速率比在固体薄膜中要快,而且反应程度更高。 Poly(methyl methacrylate)with pendant cinnamate moieties(PMC)was prepared by free radical solution copolymerization using cinnamyl oxyethyl methacrylate(CEMA)and methyl methacrylate(MMA)as monomers,and its structure was characterized by ultraviolet spectroscopy(UV),infrared spectroscopy(IR)and hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(~1H NMR),and its molecular weight and distribution were determined by gel permeation chromatography.The influence of polymerization conditions on the synthesis process of copolymer was investigated.And the results show that the longer the polymerization time and the higher the CEMA monomer feed ratio,the larger the molecular weight and wider the distribution of the polymer could be obtained.The thermal stability of the copolymer is studied by thermogravimetric analysis,and the glass transition temperature(T_g)of the copolymer is determined by differential scanning calorimetry.The photocrosslinking properties of the copolymer show that the cinnamate group in the side chain of the copolymer undergoes[2+2]cycloaddition reaction under UV irradiation,and the photocrosslinking rate of the copolymer in solution is faster than that in solid film,and the reaction degree is higher.
