摘要
改革开放以来,肉类生产结构从"一猪独大"向多元化发展转变,受非洲猪瘟疫情的影响,肉类进口来源多元化,我国出台多项政策支持生猪养殖产业发展,增加肉类市场供应,以满足居民消费需求。国内肉类消费经过长期增长后开始转型升级,肉类消费结构呈现多元化,猪肉消费占比下降。为实现肉类稳产保供,需要从制度和产业的层面分别施策,完善支持政策体系,提高畜禽养殖业的组织化程度,加强畜禽生产的监测和质量监管,最终促进畜禽产业链的健康发展,建立肉类稳产保供的长效机制。
Since reform and opening,China's meat output has been faltering after a rapid growth.The trade deficit of meat continues to widen,and the import market pattern has undergone important changes with sources of imports have become more diversified.After a long period of growth,domestic meat consumption began to transform and upgrade,and promoted the diversification of meat consumption structure with decreasing proportion of pork consumption.The gap between supply and demand of meat in China is widening,and the structural contradiction is emerging as a result the prices of domestic meat products are increasing.In order to ensure stable production and supply of meat,measures should be taken at the system and industry levels to promote the healthy development of the livestock and poultry industry chain and establish a long-term mechanism for ensuring stable production and supply of meat.
