考虑主蒸汽参数变化的火电机组一次调频综合优化 被引量:4

Comprehensive Optimization of Primary Frequency Regulation of Thermal Power Unit Considering the Change of Main Steam Parameters

摘要 针对某330 MW火电机组一次调频调节品质差、受电网公司考核严重的问题,通过分析一次调频管理要求和机组一次调频调节品质指标,结合控制逻辑,提出一种考虑主蒸汽参数变化的调频指令校正方案,并对调频函数和调门流量特性函数实施了综合优化,优化后,机组一次调频技术指标满足要求,调节品质得到明显改善。结果表明,此次优化具有针对性强,实施简单方便特点,为解决同类问题提供了参考。 In view of the poor quality of the primary frequency regulation of a 330 MW thermal power unit and the serious problems assessed by the power grid company, by analyzing the requirements of the primary frequency regulation management and the quality index of the primary frequency regulation of the unit, combined with the control logic, a scheme of the adjustment of the frequency regulation instruction considering the change of the main steam parameters is proposed, and the comprehensive optimization of the frequency regulation function and the flow characteristic function of the regulating valve is carried out, The technical indexes of primary frequency regulation of the unit meet the requirements, and the regulation quality is improved obviously. The results show that the optimization is highly targeted,simple and convenient to implement, and can be used for reference to solve similar problems.
