摘要
为了在较低温度实现油水的有效分离,对原油组分和物化性质及水样水质进行了分析;选择EO含量较高的多苯环、多胺基和高支化的双酚A酚胺树脂二嵌段聚醚进行复配,形成CD系列低温破乳剂,并对其破乳性能进行评价。结果表明,原油中蜡和沥青质含量较低,而胶质含量较高,油水界面张力较低;水样中离子含量较高,并含有一定的表面活性物质,增加了原油乳状液的稳定性;从33种破乳剂中筛选出了6种破乳性能较好的破乳剂CD-08、CD-23、CD-25、CD-26、CD-31和CD-38,根据现场瓶试结果,选用CD-08进行亲水改性;亲水改性破乳剂CD-59和CD-61的低温破乳效果较好,与清水剂TS-786A的配伍性能也最好。
In order to realize the effective separation of water from crude oil at low temperature,we analyzed the composition and physicochemical properties of crude oil and the water quality of water sample.Moreover,we chose diblock polyethers containing polyphenyl ring,polyamine group,and bisphenol A phenolamine resin with high EO content,which were mixed with other demulsifiers to obtain a series of CD low-temperature demulsifiers,and evaluated their demulsification performance.The results show that the contents of wax and asphaltene in crude oil are low,while the content of gelatin is high,and the oil-water interfacial tension is low.The contents of ions are high,and there is a certain amount of surfactants in the water sample,which enhance the stability of crude oil emulsion.Moreover,6 kinds of demulsifier with good demulsification performance,named as CD-08,CD-23,CD-25,CD-26,CD-31,and CD-38,are screened from 33 kinds of demulsifiers.According to bottle-testing results in the oil field,the hydrophilic modification of CD-08 is carried out.The hydrophilic modified demulsifiers(CD-59 and CD-61)have high low-temperature demulsification effect and excellent compatibility with water clarifier TS-786A.
