摘要
群体关系是网络舆情传播的主体和发酵的关键,分析突发事件产生时的群体关系特点,能够达到准确把握网络舆情演变规律,避免舆情危机扩大的重要作用。以“四川达州新一城火灾”为研究对象,基于社会网络分析方法,利用社会网络分析软件Ucinet和复杂网络可视软件Gephi绘制网络可视化图并构建拓扑结构,对此事件造成的网络舆情及群体关系进行分析研究。结果证明了社会网络分析方法用于研究网络舆情产生时群体关系特点的可行性,为政府相关部门应对突发事件网络舆情提供切实可行的监管对策。
Group relationship is the main body of network public opinion propagate and the key of fermentation.The analysis of the characteristics of group relationship when emergencies occur can play an important role in accurately grasping the evolution rules of network public opinions and avoiding the expansion of public opinion crisis.This study puts“Xinyi city Fire”in Dazhou Sichuan as the object of research.With the use of social network analysis method,this study applies the social network analysis software Ucinet and complex network visualized software Gephi to draw public opinion transmission visualized map and build topologies,analyze and study the network public opinion and group relationship caused by this event.The results prove the feasibility of using the social network analysis method to study the characteristics of group relations when network public opinions arise,and provide feasible regulatory countermeasures for relevant departments of government to deal with network public opinions of emergencies.
