摘要
为探寻人参病害生物防治的有效菌株,以人参锈腐菌、根腐菌、灰霉菌、黑斑菌为目标病原菌,采用稀释平板法从人参根际土壤中分离有益细菌,根据菌落形态及分子鉴定方法确定菌株归属,以室内平板对峙法及致病性测试法验证菌株抑菌活性及其防治效果。结果表明:从根际土壤中共分离出了9株细菌,13号菌株对4种病原菌均有很强的抑菌活性,经鉴定为解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens strain);13号菌,对4种病原菌的抑菌率分别为71.85%、73.24%、76.04%和85.64%,尤其对人参锈腐病的防治效果最好,其病情指数为48,人参锈腐菌生长的EC 50值为69.9198μL/mL,为人参锈腐病生防菌剂的开发提供理论基础。
In order to obtain bacteria that can biologically control ginseng diseases,ginseng rust rot fungi,root rot fungi,Botrytis cinerea and black spot bacteria were used as test bacteria to separate beneficial bacteria from the ginseng rhizosphere soil,and the dilution plate method was used to remove roots.Isolate live strains from the soil,determine the strains’affiliation according to the colony morphology and molecular identification,and verify the antibacterial activity and control effect of the strains by the indoor plate confrontation method and the pathogenicity test method.The results showed that 9 strains of bacteria were isolated from the rhizosphere soil,and only strain 13 had strong antibacterial activity against 4 pathogenic bacteria.It was identified as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens strain,which was effective against 4 pathogenic bacteria.The bacteriostasis rates are 71.85%,73.24%,76.04%,85.64%,The inhibitory rates of No.13 against the 4 pathogens were 71.85%,73.24%,76.04%,and 85.64%respectively.Especially,it has the best control effect on ginseng rust rot.Its disease index is 48,and the EC 50 for ginseng rust rot growth.The value is 69.9198μL/mL,which provides a theoretical basis for the development of biocontrol agents for ginseng rust rot.
