摘要
为提高气袋建模的效率,实现自动建模,研究了外形和折叠方式复杂的乘员侧"三维"安全气袋建模方法。运用了初始矩阵法(IMM)进行建模。在IMM建模过程中从映射网格得到参考网格的一种映射算法,并通过编程实现了这一算法。结果表明:这种算法可以部分地实现自动建模,有效地减少建模的时间,提高所得到有限元网格的均匀性。用算例对建模的过程和映射算法进行了验证。
Airbag modeling methods were studied, especially for the passenger side airbags that have complicated shapes and folding styles. The initial metric method (IMM) was developed using a mapping algorithm to automatically calculate the reference mesh from the unfolded mapped mesh to improve modeling efficiency and produce a more uniform reference mash with an automated airbag model. The airbag model and the mapping algorithm were then verified against experimental results.
