摘要
2019年,中共中央、国务院发布《关于促进中医药传承创新发展的意见》,鼓励西医学习中医,鼓励中西医结合医药人才的培养。在此背景下,基于国内中西药普遍联合应用和中药师相对不足的现状,西药师可通过学习和运用中医药知识,在充分理解和符合法规要求的基础上开展一些初步的中药临床药学工作,促进中药的合理使用,同时也为中西医结合药学人才的培养提供支持。《综合医院西药师学习与运用中医药知识的专家共识(北京,2020)》在北京地区前期工作经验基础上,探索形成为西药师学习和运用中医药知识提供方法学指导的专家意见。专家意见用“共识报告”的格式,由来自北京地区20家医疗机构的40名具有较高影响力的中、西药学和临床药学一线专家经Delphi法形成,并采用改进后的GRADE证据评价系统进行共识内容的客观评价。共识分为西药师学习中医药知识的意义与现实需要、西药师学习与运用中医药知识的基本方法、临床中药学知识体系的基本内容和解决实际问题的要点等4个部分共30条陈述,每个陈述带有最终的认可度评分、推荐度评分和专家参与度,并附有解释说明书文字,可供综合医院和基层医疗机构的西药师、西医师和其他非中医药知识背景的医疗卫生技术专业人员使用。
In 2019,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the“Opinions on Promoting the Inheritance,Innovation and Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine”to encourage western medicine to learn Chinese medicine,and encourage to train talents for integrated Chinese and western medicine.In this context,based on the general combined application of Chinese and western medicine in China and the relative shortage of TCM pharmacists,pharmacist of western medicine can carry out some preliminary clinical pharmacy work of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of full understanding and compliance with legal requirements through learning and applying knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to promote the rational application of traditional Chinese medicine,and provide support for training pharmaceutical talents of integrated Chinese and western medicine at the same time.“Expert Consensus on the Learning and Applying of Traditional Chinese Medicine Knowledge by Pharmacists of Western Medicine in General Hospital(Beijing,2020)”has explored and formed expert opinions that provide methodological guidance for pharmacists of western medicine to learn and use traditional Chinese medicine knowledge based on the previous work experience in Beijing.Expert opinions are in the format of“consensus report”,which is formed by the Delphi method from 40 influential clinical pharmacy experts of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine from 20 medical institutions in Beijing,and adopts the improved GRADE Evidence Evaluation System to conduct an objective evaluation on consensus content.The expert consensus is divided into four parts and stated by 30 items:the significance and practical needs for pharmacist of western medicine learning traditional Chinese medicine knowledge,the basic methods for pharmacist of western medicine learning and applying traditional Chinese medicine knowledge,the basic content of clinical traditional Chinese pharmacology knowledge system and the key points to solve practical problems.Each statement has the final recognition score,recommendation score and expert participation degree,and accompanied by explanatory text,which can be used by pharmacist and doctors of western medicine and other medical and health technical professionals without traditional Chinese medicine knowledge background in general hospital and primary medical institutions.
