优质均衡理念下民族地区教学点的发展路径探析

摘要 民族地区教学点的教师学历低、年龄大,教育办学条件差,留守儿童问题突出以及教学手段、内容单一,因此面临生源逐年减少和教学质量不佳的困境.本文在参考了已有的研究并实地走访之后,总结了恶劣的自然环境导致教学点无法完成任务,狭隘的传统文化导致错误的教育观念以及落后的经济水平导致教学点条件不够完善的原因,提出了改革民族地区教师的培养及任用体制、改善民族地区教学点的办学条件、提升教学点校长的专业化管理水平、改进授课模式及督导方式的建议. Due to a series of problems, including the aging teachers with lower educational attainment, poor conditions for operation,issues on rear children and single teaching content and method, the small schools in ethnic area are confronted with the difficulties of declined numbers of students as well as the unsatisfactory teaching quality. After reading the relevant research documents, we analyze the reasons to explain this situation. Generally speaking, the harsh physical environment leads to low teaching efficiency,the cultural parochialism result in fault teaching ideas, the undeveloped economy influences the maturity of teaching condition.We propose to reform the policy for cultivating and employing teachers, improve teaching condition in small schools, improve the headmasters’ professional management skills, and adjust teaching modes and monitoring styles.
