摘要
目的探究优质护理干预对辅助生殖多胎妊娠早期选择性减胎术后妊娠结局的影响效果。方法在本医院接受早期选择性减胎术的66例辅助生殖多胎妊娠孕妇纳入到研究中,随机分为观察组(给予优质护理干预,n=33)和对照组(常规护理干预,n=33),比较两组妊娠结局。结果两组减胎术成功率均为100%(P>0.05);两组减胎率基本一致(P>0.05);观察组术后流产率、术后感染率、新生儿出生率、新生儿畸形率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于实施早期选择性减胎术的辅助生殖多胎妊娠孕妇给予优质护理干预,能够有效改善妊娠结局。
Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing interventions on the pregnancy outcomes of selective fertility reduction in assisted reproductive multiple pregnancy.Methods Sixty-six pregnant women with assisted reproductive multiple pregnancies who underwent early selective fetal reduction at our hospital were included in the study and randomly divided into observation group(given quality nursing intervention,n=33)and control group(routine nursing intervention,n=33).Compare pregnancy outcomes between the two groups.Results The success rates of abortion in both groups were 100%(P>0.05);the rates of abortion were basically the same in both groups(P>0.05);postoperative abortion rate,postoperative infection rate,neonatal birth rate,and neonatal in the observation group The deformity rates were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing quality nursing intervention to assisted reproductive multiple pregnancy pregnant women with early selective fetal reduction can effectively improve pregnancy outcomes.
